Alpha Plus provides online summative (simulated core curriculum) tests in math and reading for pre-testing and post-testing.  Alpha Plus grades and provides statistical analysis of data for pre-tests and post- tests in reading and math for grades 3 – 8, English l, English ll, English lll, Algebra l, Algebra ll, and Geometry. 

Results are posted online within two weeks.

Summative tests meet SDE requirements in:

  • Depth of Knowledge
  • Readability
  • Test/Item Specifications
  • Passage Length in Reading
  • Testing Verbiage
